The requested fonts are <b><i></i>Fear Factor</b>, <b><i></i>Fear Factor Text</b>, <b><i></i>Fear Factor 'SmallCaps'</b>, <b><i></i>Fear Factor Black</b> and <b><i></i>Fear Factor '3D'</b>, which were requests for a font similar to the one used in the credits of the television show <i>Fear Factor</i>; and <b><i>Licinea 'Aged'</i></b>, which is a request for an aged version of a certain font.
